01. Orders
How do I return an order?
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
You can return your product for exchange for a different product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

What to do if your products are damaged?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Once a product has been altered or customised for you, sale is final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as our foods), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We do not offer price adjustments. The price shown on the website at the time of purchase is the final purchase price, no exceptions. If the price of an item has changed since you purchased that item(s), the new prices are not able to be transferred to any previous orders.
Can I exchange an item?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
02. Gift Card
How long does it take to receive my e-gift card?
It may take up to 1 hour for your gift card to be activated. You will receive an email when the activation is complete, so please be sure to check your spam folder.
