1. Instagram Manager - Lagos, Nigeria (Remote)
As our Instagram Manager, you will lead the development and execution of our Instagram content strategy to drive brand visibility, engagement, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, plan, and manage engaging Instagram content.
- Monitor trends and leverage them to increase brand presence.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams for creative campaigns.
- Track performance metrics and optimize content accordingly.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of social media strategy and content creation.
- Creative eye for visuals, trends, and storytelling.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in managing Instagram for a brand is a plus.
2. Community Manager - Lagos, Nigeria (Remote)
We’re looking for a passionate and organized Community Manager to oversee our network of influencers, creators, and brand advocates. This person will also manage PR activities, campaign execution, and community engagement to strengthen MY Lab Africa’s presence in the beauty and lifestyle industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow our community of influencers and content creators across West Africa.
- Build strong relationships with community members, ensuring they feel valued and engaged.
- Oversee influencer campaigns end-to-end: seeding, tracking, content collection, reporting.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design activations and PR initiatives that amplify our brand.
- Manage PR outreach: liaise with media, bloggers, and publications for features and coverage.
- Ensure smooth communication and follow-ups with all campaign participants.
- Track and report on community engagement and campaign results.
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in influencer management, PR, or community management (beauty/fashion industry experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with follow-ups.
- Ability to multitask across campaigns, community engagement, and reporting.
- Familiarity with social media trends and creator ecosystems.
