1. Business Development Manager - Lagos, Nigeria (Remote)

We are looking for a proactive and results driven Business Development Manager to drive growth, expand our market presence, and develop strong partnerships within the beauty and skincare industry.

This role requires someone who understands the Nigerian skincare market, can identify new opportunities, and can build strong relationships with potential partners, retailers, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and market reach.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and corporate clients.
  • Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and business presentations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to drive brand visibility and revenue.
  • Track performance metrics and report progress regularly.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (preferably within the beauty/skincare or FMCG industry).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet growth targets.
  • Strong understanding of the Nigerian beauty market is an added advantage.
  • Highly organized, driven, and results-oriented.

2. Sales Manager - Lagos, Nigeria (Remote)

We are seeking an experienced and result driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will oversee sales strategies, manage the sales team, and ensure consistent achievement of targets within the skincare and beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance
  • Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to expand business reach
  • Track and analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to optimize the customer journey
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors
  • Ensure the sales team understands and communicates product benefits clearly.
 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in skincare, beauty, or FMCG
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze data, manage KPIs, and make strategic decisions
  • Targetdriven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, remote environment
